# PowerHour™

PowerHour is Operate's dedicated mode for working through your next steps in a focused, time-boxed session.

## How it works

PowerHour presents your pending next steps one at a time, helping you focus on completing each action without the distraction of your full pipeline.

1. **Start a PowerHour** from your dashboard
2. **Work through each next step** — mark it complete, snooze it, or skip it
3. **See your progress** — a running count of what you've accomplished

## When to use it

* **Start of day** — knock out overdue items and set the tone
* **End of day** — clear your queue before logging off
* **Before a pipeline review** — make sure everything is up to date

## Tips

* Block 30–60 minutes on your calendar for PowerHour
* Focus on completing, not just reviewing — the goal is to take action
* If a next step requires more than 5 minutes, do what you can now and create a follow-up
