Connecting Your Email & Calendar

Operate integrates with your email and calendar so meetings, messages, and contacts stay up to date without manual data entry.

Supported providers

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar)
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Outlook Calendar)

Connecting your email

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect Email
  3. Choose your provider and authorize Operate
  4. Select which mailboxes to sync
Once connected, Operate will automatically associate emails with the relevant people and companies in your CRM.

Connecting your calendar

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect Calendar
  3. Authorize access to your calendar
Operate uses your calendar to:
  • Surface meeting context — see who you’re meeting with and their deal history before the call
  • Auto-log meetings — meetings with known contacts are automatically recorded in the CRM
  • Generate Next Steps — after meetings, Operate prompts you to capture follow-up actions

Privacy

Operate only reads calendar events and email metadata needed for CRM functionality. Email body content is used to match contacts and surface relevant context — it is never shared externally.
