Syncing Slack Channels

Operate integrates with Slack to bring deal updates, next step reminders, and team collaboration into the tools you already use.

Getting connected

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack
  2. Click Connect Slack
  3. Authorize the Operate app in your Slack workspace

What syncs

Once connected, Operate can:
  • Post deal updates to dedicated deal channels
  • Send daily/weekly next step digests to team or personal channels
  • Notify you when deals change stage or next steps are due

You can link Slack channels to specific deals or configure workspace-wide channels for broader updates. See Connecting Slack Deal Channels for details on per-deal channel setup.
