Next Steps are the action items that keep your deals moving forward. They’re a first-class concept in Operate — not buried in notes or task lists, but front and center in your workflow.What is a Next Step?
A Next Step is a specific action tied to a deal, person, or company:- “Send proposal to Jane at Acme Corp”
- “Schedule follow-up call with engineering team”
- “Share case study with procurement lead”
